By placing an order with Printworx, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time an online order is placed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Artwork & Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for providing artwork they have the right to reproduce.

Printworx reviews submitted artwork and may provide a digital proof before production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, layout, dimensions, image quality, and other details shown on the proof.

Once a proof has been approved, Printworx is not responsible for errors contained in the approved artwork.

Color & Print Variation

Colors displayed on computer and mobile screens may differ from the final printed product. Minor variations in color, placement, finishing, and final dimensions are normal in the printing process and are not considered defects.

Production Times

Production times shown on our website are estimates and begin after payment, usable artwork, and any required proof approval have been received.

Production and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Printworx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Custom Products & Cancellations

Custom-printed products are made specifically for each customer and generally cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before proof approval and production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If Printworx makes a printing or production error, or if a product arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, replace or reprint the affected product.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers represent that they own or have permission to reproduce all logos, photographs, trademarks, graphics, text, and other content submitted to Printworx.

The customer is responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material supplied by the customer.

Printworx reserves the right to refuse to reproduce artwork that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or the rights of another party.

Changes to Orders

Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and may delay production. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Printworx's liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

Printworx is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, shipping issues, installation, customer-supplied artwork, or use of the finished product.
