Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 14, 2026
Welcome to Printworx. By placing an order, requesting a quote, purchasing products/services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.


1. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may change due to:

  • material costs,

  • order quantity changes,

  • design revisions,

  • rush turnaround,

  • shipping or delivery requirements.

Final pricing is confirmed once you approve your proof and we receive payment (or deposit).


2. Orders & Payment

Payment terms may vary depending on the order type and customer history.

Standard Payment

  • Most orders require payment in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Some orders may require a deposit (commonly 50%).

Late Payments

If an invoice becomes past due, we may pause production or delivery until payment is received.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added unless a valid resale/exemption certificate is provided before ordering.


3. Proofs & Customer Approval

Before production begins, you may receive an art proof for approval.

By approving a proof, you confirm:

  • spelling, grammar, and layout are correct,

  • colors and sizing are acceptable,

  • quantities and product details are accurate.

Printworx is not responsible for errors after proof approval.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and adjusted turnaround times.


4. Artwork & File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, print-ready files unless design services are purchased.

Print-Ready Files

Preferred formats:

  • AI, EPS, PDF (vector)

  • High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI) when applicable

If your artwork is low quality, we may:

  • request a better file,

  • offer redesign/vectorization services,

  • or print as-is with customer approval.

Printworx is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or incorrect files supplied by the customer.


5. Color & Print Variations

Color output may vary due to:

  • monitor differences,

  • material type,

  • ink/toner behavior,

  • printing method (DTF, screen print, UV, etc.).

We aim for accurate color, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless:

  • Pantone matching is requested and approved,

  • or a physical sample is produced (additional fees may apply).

Minor color variations are not considered defects.


6. Turnaround Times & Rush Orders

Turnaround times are estimates and begin once:

  • payment/deposit is received, and

  • final proof is approved, and

  • all required assets/items are received.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
Printworx is not liable for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers,

  • supplier delays,

  • customer approval delays,

  • incorrect files,

  • unforeseen equipment/material issues.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

If an order is canceled before production begins:

  • design/setup fees may still apply,

  • a cancellation fee may apply depending on work completed.

Changes to an active order may result in:

  • additional charges,

  • adjusted delivery dates,

  • new proof approvals.


8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because most products are custom-made, all sales are final once production begins.

We Will Fix Issues When:

Printworx may offer a reprint or credit if the issue is due to our error, such as:

  • wrong item produced vs. approved proof,

  • major print defects,

  • incorrect quantity delivered.

Not Eligible for Refund/Reprint:

We do not offer refunds/reprints for:

  • customer-approved proof errors,

  • slight color variations,

  • sizing differences within standard tolerances,

  • wear-and-tear or improper care,

  • issues caused by customer-supplied files.

Reporting a Problem

Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery or pickup, including photos and order details.
Items must remain unused and in original condition for review.


9. Apparel & Customer-Supplied Items

If you provide your own apparel/materials:

  • Printworx is not responsible for defects in the items you supply (stitching, sizing, fabric flaws, etc.).

  • Some printing processes may cause heat/press marks or minor variations.

  • Misprints on customer-supplied items may result in limited compensation (typically up to the print cost only), not replacement garment cost, unless agreed otherwise.

We recommend ordering a small buffer quantity when exact counts are critical.


10. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping

Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Once shipped, carrier delays are outside of Printworx’s control.

Pickup

Customers will be notified when orders are ready.
Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal (after attempted contact).


11. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

By submitting artwork, logos, text, or designs, you confirm you have the legal right to use them.

You agree to indemnify and hold Printworx harmless from any claims related to:

  • copyright infringement,

  • trademark disputes,

  • unauthorized reproduction.

Printworx reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing.


12. Use of Finished Work (Portfolio/Marketing)

Unless you request confidentiality in writing, Printworx may photograph or display completed work for:

  • our website,

  • social media,

  • marketing materials,

  • portfolios.

Customer private data will never be shared publicly.


13. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Printworx’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in dispute.

We are not liable for:

  • lost profits,

  • missed deadlines due to factors outside our control,

  • indirect or consequential damages.

All products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in writing.


14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempts to:

  • disrupt service,

  • access unauthorized areas,

  • submit harmful code or malicious content.


15. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.


16. Changes to These Terms

Printworx may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
